🛍️ 1. Products & Pricing

All our jewelry is crafted with premium materials like 18k PVD coating, CZ stones, and pure pearls.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Offers and discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated.

💳 2. Payments

We accept secure payments through Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets.
Your payment details are encrypted and processed by trusted payment gateways. Rare Links does not store your card or UPI data.

🚚 3. Shipping

We ship all orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service. Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.

🔁 4. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only for damaged or wrong products.
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must send a package opening video as proof.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    Rare Links reserves the right to approve or deny return requests after review.

All pieces are tarnish-free and waterproof, but we still recommend:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes or harsh chemicals.

  • Store in an airtight box when not in use.

Rare Links is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or inability to use our products or website.
