We know how exciting it is to receive your new jewelry, so we make sure it reaches you as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to stay updated on your package.
Our shipping partners ensure safe and timely delivery across India, so your Rare Links pieces reach you quickly and securely.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Rare Links, each piece goes through multiple quality checks before it reaches you.
However, in the rare case you receive a damaged or wrong product, we are here to make it right.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- A package opening video (unedited and clearly showing the seal being opened) is mandatory as proof.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email or DM with your order details and video proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a return or replacement of the item.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect product delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- To cancel, email us immediately at rare.links14@gmail.com with your order ID.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
